You will melt with these bodyweight workouts! We will do each exercise for 45 seconds with 10 seconds rest.
Workout Plan: Leg, Cardio, Core and we will repeat it again. There are 4 different blocks of exercises.
This plan is from beginners to advanced trainees. I always give options to every exercise. Try our Online Calendar 7 days trial to give you an idea. If you find it too challenging, I invite you to go with the beginners program.
Workout Length and Frequency:
Get 10 different workout videos.
The average individual workout session is between 50 minutes in length. While this program is designed to be used 2-3 days per week, it can easily be adjusted to your busy schedule.
