What to Eat After a Workout / Vegetarian Wrap Recipe

This is an example of what I eat after a workout. The trick is to keep it simple. We all have busy lives and it doesn’t have to be complicated to be nutritious and tasty. I’m vegetarian since January, so this recipe is with hummus and cashew cheese (you can replace them with chicken instead). Before I became vege, I was eating mostly organic chicken and fish. But my body was too often in pain and I’m just too young to experience that. I had always too much inflammation in my body. I have read and watched a lot of documentaries and decided to give the vegetarian diet a try. Well, after only 3 weeks, the pain was finally gone! I was the first one being skeptical about the vege diet because I workout so much that I thought I needed protein from animal source to be satisfied. Not at all!!! For years, my maman has been saying that I eat “hay”, well now, I really do!!
