8 Tips to Manage Stress

When stress is too high and for a certain period of time, we risk reducing the efficiency of our adrenal glands.

For myself, I know when my adrenals are low because I often have these symptoms:

  • I’m tired, even when I just woke up
  • Bad sleep
  • Food cravings
  • Digestion problems
  • Foggy brain

Here are some of my tricks to boost my adrenal glands:

  • Deep breathing
  • Meditation
  • Yoga
  • Light exercise every day
  • Outdoor activities
  • Healthy diet
  • Rest/nap if possible
