Stress can affect your emotional and physical well being:
– Physical Stress (accident, jet lag)
– Environmental Stress (pollution, blood sugar)
– Emotional Stress (loss of a person or job, finances)

Physical activity and exercise can help mitigate the stress in your life. Join one of my exercise classes and start your journey to a better life.

Meditation can also help! When we are stressed, we disconnect the body and mind from one another.  Sitting quiet will help rebuild that connection.
