8 Tips to Manage Stress
When stress is too high and for a certain period of time, we risk reducing the efficiency of our adrenal glands.
For myself, I know when my adrenals are low because I often have these symptoms:
- I’m tired, even when I just woke up
- Bad sleep
- Food cravings
- Digestion problems
- Foggy brain
Here are some of my tricks to boost my adrenal glands:
- Deep breathing
- Meditation
- Yoga
- Light exercise every day
- Outdoor activities
- Healthy diet
- Rest/nap if possible
