After my hip replacement surgery and feeling so frustrated with the rate of recovery I reached out to Melanie for help. We did 11 sessions at my home. Melanie integrated yoga and Pilates along with core and stretching. She was very conscious to my needs and watched every move I made, adjusting for maximum benefits. She could tell when a move was too much and altered them, doing this made my confidence stronger instead of making me feel like there was another exercise or move I couldn’t do. She always came with a plan for the hour, I felt like that time was all about my needs and getting back to being my normal active self. Highly recommend Melanie!! Spending the time working with her made such an improvement on my recovery!
