Should I Workout if I’m Sick?
Depends…
- Cold: go to the gym and sweat it out. You don’t need to run on the treadmill. Just add inclination and play it with. Bring it down whenever you need to recuperate. You’ll fight the virus quicker.
- Flu: rest.
- Sip on homemade chicken broth. I always have some in the freezer. Get the recipe here.
- Drink plenty of fluid. Sip on echinacea tea.
- Take supplements:
- Echinacea
- Vitamin C
- Zinc
- Rest. Try to get as much sleep as possible.
