Indian researchers found that by giving curcumin (extract of the herb turmeric) to people with depression their symptoms have improved. The spicy spice is an anti-inflammatory which also helps with cancer prevention and treatment, diabetes control, and muscle and joint pain.

Add curry or turmeric to your meals whenever you can or take supplements that contain BCM-95.
