Participate in our Pain Management Through Mindful Movement class every Wednesday at 11 am-12 pm.

  • Description: It will focus on mindful breathing, gentle exercise and stretching (in a chair or standing), and finish with a healing meditation and relaxation
  • Fees: $32-40/month, $120 for the session (until Dec. 16) or
    Drop In Fee: $10 (Pay on the first day of class)
