This plan is from beginners to advanced trainees.  I always give 1-3 options per exercise.  Try our Online Calendar 7 days trial to give you an idea.  If you find it too challenging, I invite you to go with the beginners program.


Workout Length and Frequency:

The average individual workout session is between 15-60 minutes in length.  While this program is designed to be used 5-7 days per week, it can easily be adjusted to your busy schedule.


How does it work after your payment?

After we received your Paypal payment, you will get a confirmation to your mailbox with the link to the calendar you have chosen.  Make sure you check your junk mail. By clicking on the workout name listed in your calendar, you will be directed to the full workout video for the day. The calendar is in PDF and can be viewed on computers, mobile phone, tablets, e-readers or Kindles.
