Thanks Mel!  I went strawberry picking Friday night and picked 17 lbs. I was thinking about you the whole time as I was able to be on my ”bad” knee the majority of the time.  I was doing lots of stretching across the berry patch and all I thought was ”I couldn’t have done this without Mel!” By the way, I have stepped on the scale and my weight was around 145 lbs!!  Thanks again Mel.
