Small Group Training

Form a group of 2 or more people and get together to train in a fun and relaxing environment for fraction of a price.  Get different exercises each time with a qualified personal trainer working different muscle groups.  Use a variety of equipment such as weights, medicine ball, stability ball, Bosu ball, TRX, elastic bands, balance board, boxing gloves & pads, body bars, and mats to accomplish new exercises that you have never practiced before.  Reach your goals and stay active in company of your friends, before or after work, and on your day off.
