Protein smoothie Ice pop

  • 2 cups of plain low-fat yogurt
  • 2 scoops of vanilla whey protein powder
  • 2 cups of fresh or frozen berries
  • 0-1/2 cup of agave nectar (taste it before adding sugar. Sometimes berries are sweet enough and you eat fewer calories)
  1. Blend all ingredients together in a blender or food processor
  2. Freeze for 30 min to 1 hr
