Protein smoothie Ice pop
Ingredients:
- 2 cups of plain low-fat yogurt
- 2 scoops of vanilla whey protein powder
- 2 cups of fresh or frozen berries
- 0-1/2 cup of agave nectar (taste it before adding sugar. Sometimes berries are sweet enough and you eat fewer calories)
Directions:
Cooktime: 10 Minutes Serves: 10 Pops Calories: 10
- Blend all ingredients together in a blender or food processor
- Freeze for 30 min to 1 hr
