Perfect Fall Peachy Smoothie
Note: For meal replacement, add 1 scoop of protein powder (110-140 more
calories and 25-27 grams more protein).
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup of skim or almond milk
- 1/2 cup of plain yogurt
- 1/4 tsp. maple syrup or honey (optional)
- 3/4 cup of fresh or organic peach slices
Directions:
