Guacamole (Avocado)


In the summer, I like eating guacamole with tortilla chips or as a side for faiitas.

Ingredients:
  • 1 avocado
  • juice from 1 lime
  • 1 roma tomato (small, diced cubes)
  • 1 handful fresh chopped cilantro
  • salt and pepper to taste
Directions:

Puree the avocado with a fork in a small bowl then stir in the balance of the ingredients until smooth.

Serves: 4
