CHAIR YOGA VIDEOS

This gentle form of yoga is practiced sitting on a chair or standing using a chair for support. We will start with a short meditation and breathing exercises before the practice. The poses, or Asanas, are often adaptations of Hatha yoga. We will end the practice with a short meditation/relaxation. This program is not suitable for those with osteopenia or osteoporosis.

These chair yoga videos will help you to:

  • Build muscular endurance
  • Increase your cardiovascular
  • Build core strength
  • Improve balance, posture, mobility and flexibility

This plan is from beginners, seniors, older adults and disabled.  I always give options, please just listen to your body.

The average length of the videos is 30 minutes. The last one is 55 minutes.
