It can be difficult to see the long term effects of hidden sugar in your child, but it’s causing a variety of health challenges.

  •           According to the Canadian Heart and Stroke Foundation, only 14% of children are eating more than four fruits and vegetables per day.
  •         What goes into your home gets eaten, so if you don’t want your child to have a diet filled with sugary and white flour carbohydrates, choose not to bring these food into your home. If you eat it, then they will.
