Take 600 to 2,000 IU of vitamin D per day to reduce your risk of developing cancer.
Vitamin D is found in some foods:
– salmon
– tuna
– egg yolk
– cow/rice milk
– orange juice
– sun exposure
In Canada, from Oct-March sun intensity is minimal, so the intake of vitamin D should be increased.
