Stay on Your Diet by Using These Apps

Having a food-diary is the best way to keep track of what you ingest. By
writing down what you eat,  you are more likely to stick with your diet.
To help you, use these apps: MyFitnessPal or Noom Coach.

The food-diary is also helpful to look back at what portion of the food
guide (Canadian Food Guide) you are missing per day. You can
complete your intake with simple and healthy snacks, such as vegetable sticks with
hummus.
