Have you ever asked yourself, “when I lose weight, where does it go”?
Good question! Some people think that fat is converted to either energy, heat, muscles or it simply melts away. For fat to melt or disappear, it has to be transformed to get out of your body. In fact, fat is converted to carbon dioxyde (CO2) and exits the body through breathing. The remaining portion becomes water and leaves the body by sweat, urination or tears.
