15 Yoga Poses to Eliminate a “Bloated” Feeling and Improve Digestion Overall
As you know, yoga helps to connect mind and body together. Think about the last time you had a lot on your mind, how was your Vrksasana (tree pose)? Were you off balance? I like to say in my yoga, classes ” every time you come on your mat is a new experience. Your body talks to you and it is your choice to listen, accept and respect it”.
Yoga helps your nervous system and your physical body to relax and then let go. All combined and with some yoga asanas (poses) adding gentle pressure on your stomach improves digestion. Your digestive system is responsible to absorb the nutrients you need and eliminate the toxins you don’t need. It is the same principle we do in different yoga flow poses with the respiratory system. We inhale to bring oxygen to our brain and organs and exhale to eliminate what we don’t need, such as carbon dioxide.
Practice these 14 yoga asanas to improve your digestion. Contact me here to practice them online from the comfort of your home, in private or in a group.
