10 Days Chair Yoga Videos Package no. 2

This gentle form of yoga is practiced sitting on a chair or standing using a chair for support. We will start with a short meditation and breathing exercises before the practice. The poses, or Asanas, are often adaptations of Hatha yoga. We will end the practice with a short meditation/relaxation. This program is not suitable for those with osteopenia or osteoporosis.

All my videos are now recorded using a microphone.

This plan is from beginners, seniors, older adults and disabled.  I always give options, please just listen to your body. 

Videos Length:

The average length of the videos is 30 minutes while some are 55 minutes.
