This gentle form of yoga is practiced sitting on a chair or standing using a chair for support. We will start with a short meditation and breathing exercises before the practice. The poses, or Asanas, are often adaptations of Hatha yoga. We will end the practice with a short meditation/relaxation. This program is not suitable for those with osteopenia or osteoporosis.
