Try this Raw Chocolate Mousse:

– 1 avocado
– 2 Tbsp of cacao
– 2 Tbsp of maple syrup

Puree the avocado with a fork in a small bowl then stir in the balance of the ingredients or simply put all ingredients in a food processor and mix until smooth.
