Balsamic Vinegar Dressing

Easy and always ready to use. Keep at room temperature.

  • 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 Tsp dijon mustard
  • 2 Tsp mix of dry spices like those used in spaghetti sauce
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  1. Mix well all ingredients together and enjoy! Keep in a bottle or a dressing container.
