Description: This gentle from of yoga is practiced sitting on a chair, or standing using a chair for support. Starting with a short meditation, followed by breathing exercise, then to the practice. The poses, or Asanas, are often adaptations of Hatha Yoga. We will end the practice with a short meditation and a quote for the day. No seniors discount. The class is not recommended for people with osteopenia/osteoporosis. Please speak to your physician should you have any concerns about your suitability for a program.
