  • Description: Looking for the next step up from the fundamentals this course will expand your Pilates syllabus with slightly faster more fluid movements that deeply targets the core of the body, as well as the hips, legs and arms, co-ordination and concentration.  This is a strong practice perfect for athletes and healthy bodies wishing to improve strength, balance and control.
  • What to bring: water, small towel, and your own yoga mat if you have one.  If not, the center provides it.
