Which is better to sweeten my food and drinks? Maple syrup or honey?

Well both are natural, contain antioxidants, but they are different.  Look at the grid below:

Pure maple syrup should be your first choice as sweetener because it contains fewer calories and sugar. Indeed, it is lower fructose and higher mineral content than honey.  Try to purchase raw honey instead of organic.
