How to fight your cravings



– Get only healthy food in your cupboards/pantry. If you do have junk food, put them on a higher shelf, higher than your eyes and behind good food; that way you will forget them.

– Limit the time you spend in front of the tv to avoid snacking.

– Have a healthy snack, such as yogurt with a handful of almonds, around 8 pm to stabilize the sugar level in your bloodstream ; you will have a better chance to get a good night’s sleep.

– Go to bed early to avoid snacking. In fact, the longer you stay up late, the more you risk eating bad foods to satisfy your cravings.
