Green Tea, Quinoa Porridge Breakfast with Apricot

- 1/2 cup of white Quinoa
- 2 cups of filtered water
- 3 Tbsp diced dried apricots
- 3/4 tsp matcha green tea powder
- 1/2 cup light cocunut milk
- 0-1 Tbsp pure maple syrop
- 3/4 tsp pure vanilla extract
Directions:Cooktime: 30 min Serves: 2 Calories: 260
- Cook the quinoa following the instructions on the package.
- When the quinoa is cooked, add the coconut milk and continue to stir until the mixture is heated through.
- Remove from the heat, add the maple syrup and vanilla extract.
